SCIROCCO raised awareness on its progress so far in eHealth Week 2017, the largest ministerial conference dedicated to digital health in 2017.
Different means were used to achieve this:
- At the “Speakers’ Corner”, Marc Lange explained why a tool like the SCIROCCO on-line tool can help a multidisciplinary team in charge of deploying an innovative good practice. - In the exhibition area, SCIROCCO offered opportunities to visitors to watch a demo video and have conversations to understand better how the SCIROCCO tool can help. The video is available at https://www.scirocco-project.eu/maturity-model-in-practice-scirocco-assessment-tool/
- In the session “Smart Environments and Integrated Care: Helping Europeans to live better not just longer”, Stuart Anderson, University of Edinburgh, UK, explained how the SCIROCCO tool helps to assess the readiness of a healthcare system to deploy integrated care as well as the maturity requirements of a good practice.
