SCIROCCO Maturity Model for Integrated Care
In the Maturity Model, the many activities that need to be managed in order to deliver integrated care have been grouped into 12 dimensions, each of which addresses part of the overall effort. By considering each dimension, assessing the current situation, and allocating a measure of maturity within that domain, it is possible for a country or region to develop a radar diagram which reveals areas of strengths and also gaps in capability.
The Maturity Model has been operationalised in the form of an online self-assessment tool.
