The European Health Management Association (EHMA) presented its 2018 Annual Conference in Budapest, Hungary, at Semmelweis University on 20 – 22 June 2018. The theme, “Making it happen” aimed to raise discussions about delivering change and overcoming challenges in policy implementation. The conference brought together health managers, health professionals, policy makers, researchers and educators who shared cutting-edge research presentations, launched provocative debates and engaged high-level networking sessions.
SCIROCCO featured the latest development of SCIROCCO self-assessment tool for integrated care and its practical application in the real-life settings in the Norrbotten Region in Sweden and the Basque Country in Spain. The Regions have particularly highlighted the added value of the tool in transforming their health and social care systems towards integrated care. In addition, the SCIROCCO Consortium partners enjoyed the discussions with the potential users of the SCIROCCO tool at the exhibition space.
